Villa Koutalas is a lovely two level residence with magnificent sea views, terrace, balconies & private pool! The villa offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and fully equipped kitchen with dining area. It is situated right next to the scenic beach of Koutalas and a 40-minute drive from Chania and the cosmopolitan Venetian Harbor! Fully air-conditioned, wifi, cableTVs, washer & dishwasher available! The space

Villa Koutalas is a 150m2 home designed in two levels, able to comfortably accommodate 8 people in 3 double bedrooms. On the ground level, there is a spacious living room with sofas, cable TV, fireplace with sea views and direct access to the pool. In the same area, you have a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a dining table.

On the upper level, there are 3 spacious bedrooms, all of them offering air conditioning, cable TVs as well as balconies with sea or mountain views. Two of the rooms have double beds while the third bedroom has two single beds which can also be joined as a double. A convenient kitchenette is also available on the upper level.

There are two bathrooms, one on each floor, with shower columns and luxurious marble surfaces.

Upon request, one extra folded bed can be added in the master double bedroom and one in the twin bedroom. Alternatively, the two folded beds can be set in the living room area if preferred.

The villa offers a private swimming pool and great outdoor areas. They include a roofed terrace with stone built barbeque and stone oven featuring spacious outdoor dining table and chairs, ideal for your dinners al fresco!

If you are traveling with children the outdoor areas are fenced and safe.

This is an excellent home where you can enjoy a great scenery and comfort, ideal for vacations and excursions exploring the city of Chania, Rethymno or just taking it easy and walking down to Koutalas beach situated right on your feet!

The villa is strategically located close to some of the famous Eastern Chania beaches. Central Chania and its cosmopolitan Venetian Port is just a 40 min drive while Rethymno town is just a 55 minute drive.The nearest village is Kokkino Chorio and at the nearby seaside village of Almirida, you will find a range of cafes and restaurants, supermarkets and an ATM. The villa is located right next to the scenic beach of Koutalas. At 200m you can walk to a beautiful cave or just discover any other easy and exciting route like walking to the nearby lighthouse at 800m away. Villa is located in the area of Apokoronas, famous for its scenic villages and traditional way of life of its residents. That's the reason why lots of travelers and expats are choosing this area for their vacations or for spending their retirement years.
